So, what does one do as a mascot? Particularly as Aubie the Tiger some may ask... Well, there is quite a bit of thinking, creativity, and problem solving that goes into being a "Friend of Aubie (FOA)" - more than one would initially think. When I started in 2018, I had no prior experience with film or video editing. However, after being named Director of Film & Digital Media, I spent the next few months learning the basics of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, iMovie, and Photoshop. By no means am I an expert, but 2+ years as Director of Film & Digital Media pushed me to apply those basics I learned from reading online articles and watching YouTube videos. I'm a BIG believer that you can do anything you set your mind to!
